The General Directorate of Customs (DGA) determined the reference value for Five varieties of apples and five varieties of pears, through the General Resolution 4974/2021 published this Monday (26.04.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
In this way, the competent authority that regulates customs clearance continued with the process of reestablishing reference values for export products, a tool to identify possible abusive maneuvers in foreign trade.
The published regulations established for the exports of these two fruits values between US$ 0,55 and US$ 0,88, depending on each variety.
In the case of foreign sales of pears and apples, these values apply for when destined for Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Russia, the United States, Canada, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
With these values, Customs establishes reference prices as instruments to detect under-invoicing in exports.
Thus, it seeks to identify deviations from the usual values for identical or similar merchandise.
These reference prices constitute a first control of the declarations in order to safeguard the fiscal interest.
The provisions of this Resolution shall apply from the date of second administrative business day, inclusive, after its publication in the Official Gazette
