Between March 30 and April 2, the AMFEAFIP Annual Social Benefits Plan and the IEFPA Academic Activities for the 2019 School Year will be presented in Mar del Plata.

April 1st marks the opening of the school year with a technical session in which various aspects related to the challenges that fiscal management must take on in order to meet the requirements of the 2019 Argentine public budget will be presented and discussed.

The presentations will form the core of the topics that will guide both the lines of study and research, as well as the various technical training sessions that the IEFPA will develop in the country and abroad.

In 2019, the Institute plans to offer postgraduate courses and courses, hold bilateral technical meetings (in person and online) with representatives of the Tax Administrations of other countries, and develop workshops and conferences in different jurisdictions of the country.

– MAIN CHALLENGES TO MEET THE 2019 BUDGET GOALS. Public revenues, public spending, internal and external debt, monetary issuance.

Guest speakers: National Tax Authority, National Tax Court, National Customs Administration, General Audit Office, representatives of the Budget and Finance Committees of the Chamber of Deputies and Senators, and the Central Bank.

– THE NEW FISCAL FEDERALISM IN ARGENTINA. How to manage the 163 taxes in force. Cooperation between national, provincial and municipal tax administrations and Federal Co-participation.

Guest speakers: Federal Tax Commission, AFIP and provincial and municipal tax administrations.

– NEW ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL, POLITICAL AND SOCIAL PARADIGMS. New influential technologies:

Artificial intelligence, bitcoins, blockchain, fintech, robotics, internet of things, big data, enhanced edge computing, immersive technologies, smart spaces, digital ethics and privacy, quantum computing.

Speakers: Representatives of technology companies, entrepreneurs, researchers and authorities from public bodies responsible for different areas of technological development.
