The national government has officially created the Simplified Agricultural Information System (SISA) for agricultural producers, a system already presented by the Minister of Agroindustry, Luis Miguel Etchevehere, and the head of the AFIP, Leandro Cuccioli.
According to Joint General Resolution 4248, published in the Official Gazette this Thursday (24.5.2018), the main objective is to establish a Public Administration in favor of the citizen by simplifying procedures, promoting process reengineering and offering the possibility of improving access through electronic means to personalized, coherent and comprehensive information.
In this context, the “SISA”, will replace the following Registries and Regimes information related to the production and marketing of grains and seeds in the certification process:
1. Tax Registry of Operators in the Purchase and Sale of Grains and Dry Legumes (RFOG)
2.Fiscal Registry of Exploited Rural Lands (TIRE)
3. Registry of Monotributist Grain Producers (PPGM)
4. Information Regime on Productive Capacity and Production
5. National Health Registry (RENSPA)
6. Seed User Registration (RUS)
On the other hand, the rule indicates that the Registration in the “SISA” will be mandatory and free of charge for grain and seed producers in the certification process; and operators involved in the marketing chain.
In addition, the information required by the “SISA” to the producer must be provided by electronic data transfer through the “website” of the AFIP.
The new resolution is signed by Luis Miguel Etchevehere, Ricardo Luis Negri, Raimundo Lavignolle and Leandro Germán Cuccioli.
