The Buenos Aires Legislature hosted the first preparatory session of the Argentine Congress of Constitutional Justice to be held in Buenos Aires in November 2018.
The deputy Daniel Del Sol opened the day whose central theme was the «Interpretation and Application» of the National Constitution.
On first panel The lectures were given by doctors Juan Antonio Rinaldi and Juan Stupenengo. Rinaldi on Labor Law, moderated by María García Nenci of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
El President of the National Tax Court, Ricardo X. Basaldúa, was present and referred to the changes that have occurred in the organization he presides.
Meanwhile, topics related to Criminal, Tax and Administrative law were developed by the jurists Alfredo Gusman, Juan Waismman, Matías Deane and Javier Barraza in the second panel.
The meeting was characterized by camaraderie among the members of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice and the authorities of the National Tax Court, as well as the audience.
