The National Tax Court (TFN) is moving forward with the move to its new headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, but determined a change in the schedule of Customs jurisdiction rooms (E, F and G) for the processing and filing of the appeals for protection stipulated in articles 1160 and 1161 of the Customs Code.
This is established by the Resolution 39 / 202, published this Tuesday (10.05.2022) in the Official Gazette, in whose text it is indicated that "they will act as Fair Halls, the Room E between May 09 and May 13, 2022, inclusive, the Room G between May 16 and May 20, 2022, inclusive and
la Room F between May 23 and May 27, 2022.”
It should be noted that, through the Resolution 35 / 2022, the agency declared an extraordinary holiday period due to moving, with suspension of procedural deadlines, for customs jurisdiction, from May 2, 2022 to May 27, 2022, both dates inclusive.
