The Tax Court of the Nation determined the Transfer of customs courts to the ground floor, third and sixth floors of the new headquarters located at 470 Alsina Street in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, according to Resolution 35/2022.
The agency also declared the Extraordinary administrative fair between today, May 2 and next May 27 to carry out such management.
In view of this, the measure announces that "the procedural deadlines for customs jurisdiction of the activities carried out by the National Tax Court are suspended," making it known that they will be channeled through other chambers of the jurisdictional body.
Thus, the Resolution signed by President Miguel Licht provides that "for the purposes of processing the entry of the amparo appeals referred to in Articles 1160 and 1161 of the Customs Code, the following will act as Courtrooms: Room E between May 9 and May 13, 2022, Room F between May 16 and May 20, 2022, and Room G between May 23 and 27, 2022."
The regulations also entrust the General Coordination with taking the necessary steps to carry out the relocation of the Rooms with customs jurisdiction (E, F and G) and the General Secretariat for Customs Affairs and the Entry Desk with customs jurisdiction.
Finally, it should be noted that the National Tax Court now has its own headquarters in the Federal Capital, after 62 years of existence.
