The National Government has decided that as of March 15, applications for import authorization certificates for active ingredients and agrochemical and biological products used in the production and marketing of agricultural and plant therapeutic products, amendments and fertilizers must be submitted through the digital platforms Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE) or Remote Procedures (TAD).
This was established by the National Service of Health and Agri-Food Quality (Senasa) through the Resolution 75 / 2019, published this Thursday (31.1.2019) in the Official Gazette with the signature of the Vice President of the Organization, Guillermo Rossi.

The measure streamlines management since the user You can submit the request from a computer with internet and from anywhere in the country.
Senasa will validate the declared data by the applicant and will verify the additional information in order to issue the export or import authorization certificate.
Those import and export authorization certificates processed prior to the entry into force of Resolution 75 will be valid for 30 calendar days. since its approval by Senasa.
The regulation authorizes the National Directorate of Plant Protection of Senasa to issue complementary regulations that update the procedure and content of the annexes of Resolution 75/2019.
The regulation –which must be reviewed in 4 years– repeals Resolution No. 72 of January 19, 1994 of the former Argentine Institute of Plant Health and Quality (IASCAV).
