- To finalize the award contract,
- And, if it is a new exporter, formalize the adherence to the Suspension Agreement before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Only after completing these steps will the licenses be issued through the Export Quota Management System (SI.ACE).
Compensatory rights
Countervailing duties are tariffs applied to imports when they are deemed to be receiving subsidies in their country of origin, with the aim of protecting local production.
In the case of Argentine grape must, the Suspension Agreement allows exports to the United States without applying these tariffs, ensuring the continuity of sales to the US market.
