The Ministry of Agriculture distributed the export quota of 44.178,3 tons of raw sugar with polarization of no less than 96°, bound for the United States, covered by Certificates of Eligibility for the fiscal year 2023.
The measure was arranged through the Resolution 274 / 2022 published this Wednesday (28.12.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
In the distribution of this quota, the company that was awarded the largest tonnage was Ledesma, with 15.618,060 tons.
Next were the Concepción Sugar Complex (9.357,832), Industrial Investment Company (5.282,740), Prosal (4.741,965) and Arcor (3.125,739).
The following firms were awarded smaller amounts: Sala Refrescos (1.894,784), Seaboard Renewable Energy and Food SRL (1.346,267), Siempre Verde SA (879,112), Delotte (705,102), Ferma Agrobusiness (532,097), San Salvador Food Complex SA (298,813), José Minetti (245,459), Ingenio Río Grande (118,892) and Azucarera San Gerónimo (31,438).
