AFIP carried out inspections at Ariane Grande's recital

AFIP officials detected four restaurants that did not issue sales receipts or have fiscal controllers.      

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) carried out billing controls in the shops located in the vicinity of the Ariane Grande concert, which took place this Wednesday (05.07.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX) at the DirectTV Arena. A total of 7 infringement reports were drawn up.

AFIP officials detected Four restaurants that did not issue receipts sales nor did they have fiscal controllers.

While others three coMercians received fines because, not having a fiscal controller, they did not have an alternative means of invoicing.

It should be noted that sanctions can vary between 3 to 10 days for closures and fines can range between $300 and $30.000. Sanctions can be doubled in case of repeat offences.

Meanwhile, AFIP will continue with the audit process of the three production companies involved in the concert to learn details of the contract with the singer, the income from the tickets and also the contract with the DirecTV Arena.
