AFIP sets new tariff schedule for extraordinary services

Through General Resolution 4924/2021, The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) has established a new rate table for extraordinary services performed by the General Directorate of Customs staff on non-working days and whose amount must be related to the remuneration of those days. Extraordinary services that the customs service must pay to agents that affect the control of such acts.

In this sense and after a Agreement between AFIP and the Single Union of Customs Personnel of the Argentine Republic (SUPARA), it has been decided to approve a new tariff table, according to the regulations published today (01.02.2021).

Accordingly, the new value for the extraordinary services provided by the personnel of this Federal Administration has been approved, which is recorded in the next Annex  which forms part of this resolution.

This regulation comes into force immediately.
