Andrea Russo. Graduate in International Trade. Currently, she is an official of the Argentine National Secretariat of Commerce, National Coordinator of the Technical Committee No. 3 of Mercosur and a university professor.

Rosaldo Trevisan. Lawyer and Customs Specialist from Brazil, accredited by the World Customs Organization.

Leslye Lemos. Graduate in International Relations with specialization in Integrated Logistics in Uruguay.

Andres VarelaLawyer and Professor of Customs Law at the University of the Republic of Uruguay.

Mauricio Ruiz Rosado. Lawyer specializing in customs and foreign trade from the César Vallejo Private University of Peru.
