The General Directorate of Customs authorized the Coordinating Entity for the Free Zone, Logistics Activities Zone and Foreign Trade to operate the property it owns as a fiscal warehouse on 102nd and 4th Street (Block 124 B) of the South Industrial Park, in San Luis.
This is established by the Resolution 12 / 2022, published this Monday (07.03.2022) in the Official Gazette. The company had initiated its file in September 2016 to adapt its facilities as a general tax warehouse.
“After analyzing the performance by the Primary Zones and Borders Division, it was forwarded by Note No. 156/18 dated September 13, 2018, with observations to the San Luis Customs, so that the firm would take note of and comply with all the details required for the intended authorization,” the resolution states that after the incorporation of the requested and updated documentation, complying with the requirements of General Resolution No. 4352, “the scanner proposed by the interested party satisfies the established technical requirements and it is reported that the operating point complies with the requirements for taking instant images, downloading video, and historical storage.”
The authorized tax warehouse has a Total area of 6.989,89 square meters, of which 834,08 are covered, while 5.942,27 are overdrawn and 213,54 are uncovered. “The authorization is in accordance with the specifications in Annex II and the plan in IF-2021-00710311-AFIP-ADSALU#SDGOAI dated June 30, 2021 of the electronic file, in accordance with General Resolution No. 4352,” the agency clarifies.
The authorization will be valid for the ten year term from the date of notification to the interested party, in accordance with the provisions of Section V, Point 1 of Annex I of General Resolution No. 4352.
