The national government establishes the obligation to use the Electronic Document Management (GDE) system or the Remote Procedures (TAD) system for legalizations (The Hague Apostille) starting April 15.
This is established by the Resolution 30 / 2019 of the Secretariat of Modernization published on Thursday (14.3.2019) in the Official Gazette.
The text states that «As of April 15, 2019, the use of the Electronic Document Management (GDE) or Remote Procedures (TAD) system, as appropriate, will be mandatory for legalizations carried out in application of Law No. 23.458 (The Hague Apostille), and for all legalizations intended to grant international validity to documents, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship itself or by entities authorized for this purpose».
The resolution is signed by Eduardo Nicolas Martelli, Secretary for Administrative Modernization of the Modernization Secretariat of the Office of the Chief of Ministers.
