The Declaration was signed by the President of Argentina, Mauricio Macri; the President of Brazil, Michel Temer; the President of Paraguay, Horacio Cartes; and the President of Uruguay, Tabaré Vázquez, and officials from the rest of the countries.
Chaired by former Foreign Minister Susana Malcorra, the WTO ministerial summit will be attended by nearly 180 ministers and more than 4.000 delegates from member countries of the organisation.
