The Government has made official the Official Brand of the Argentine Republic to introduce the country's image to the world and promote tourism, exports and foreign direct investment.
This was established by the Decree 191 / 2018, published this Friday (9.03.2018) in the Official Gazette as well as indicating that the brand will have interministerial character through the Cabinet Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministries of Tourism, Culture, Transport and Agribusiness.
In addition, the rule created for this purpose the Interministerial Committee for the Argentina Country Brand Strategy, which will formulate the strategy for the international positioning.
To define the brand, international market research was conducted and interviews were conducted with personalities from national politics, culture, sports, business and other representatives of civil society, the decree said.
