The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) has decided that the winter tax holiday will extend between July 12 and 23, both dates inclusive.
This is established by the General Resolution No. 5026/2021, published this Wednesday (07.07.2021) in the Official Gazette, whose text indicates the suspension of the calculation of the current terms in ex officio determinations, summaries, fines, discharges, summons and closures.
This decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
