This was established by means of a provision published in the Official Gazette. The department will receive complaints and will be dedicated to the prevention and investigation of corruption cases within the organization.
The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) created the Directorate of Institutional Integrity that seeks "Preserve, promote and strengthen the culture of integrity, attending to the prevention and investigation of conduct that is contrary to the values, duties and behavioral guidelines and contained in the AFIP Code of Ethics.".
This was established by the agency through the provision 200-E/2017 published this Tuesday (01.08.2017) in the Official Gazette.
The rule establishes that "anonymous complaints received by the General Subdirectorate of Internal Audit within the framework of the provisions of Article 13 of Annex I of AFIP Provision No. 185/10, must be sent to the Directorate of Institutional Integrity."
The regulation comes into force on Wednesday (02.08.2017).
