The General Directorate of Customs (an agency that is part of the Federal Public Revenue Administration) proceeded to resolve new queries on the tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by Articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is established by the General Resolution 4900/2021, published this Thursday (07.01.2021) in the Official Gazette, in whose Annex are detailed the Tariff Items of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) indicated in each case, to the corresponding merchandise.
This Resolution shall enter into force immediately.
