The General Directorate of Customs, an agency dependent on AFIP, proceeded to determine the tariff classification of twelve goods, through the General Resolution 4861/2020.
The regulations, published this Wednesday (25.11.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, place the Tariff Positions of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) that are indicated in each case, to the merchandise detailed in the Attachments of the measure (IF-2020-797535-AFIP-DVDAAD#DGADUA) that is approved and is part of said measure.
Through various administrative actions, the tariff classification of various goods was submitted for consultation, which has been resolved through this Resolution.
The new measure comes into effect from the moment of its publication.
