The General Directorate of Customs (an agency that is part of the Federal Public Revenue Administration) proceeded to answer several queries regarding the tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by Articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is stated in the General Resolutions 4890/2020 and General Resolution 4891/2020, published this Wednesday (23.12.2020) in the Official Gazette, whose annexes detail the following goods and respective tariff classifications.

The provisions of the General Resolutions mentioned above come into force immediately.
