The General Directorate of Customs (an organization that is part of the Federal Public Revenue Administration) proceeded to to answer six questions regarding the tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by Articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is indicated by the General Resolution 4908/2021 published this Wednesday (20.01.2020) in the Official Gazette, whose annex details the following goods and tariff classifications.
This Resolution shall enter into force immediately.
