The General Directorate of Customs (DGA) communicates the technical guidelines for the tariff classification of six goods determined at a regional level, through the General Resolution 5227/2022.
The regulation, published this Wednesday (06.07.2022) in the Official Gazette, indicated that such decision was made within the framework of the powers conferred to the DGA by Decree 618/1997 and Provision 204/2017.
Thus, the new tariff classification opinions for the products are detailed in the following annex:
It should be noted that tariff classification opinions are technical documents that contain a detailed description of the physical and technical characteristics, as well as the type and nature of a good, providing a common customs language.
