Importation of works for the new edition of arteBA

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) announced this Tuesday (27.09.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) a specific regime for the importation of works intended for the 31st Contemporary Art Fair “arteBA.2022”, which will take place between October 6 and 9, 2022 in the City of Buenos Aires.

In this sense, the General Resolution 5263/2022 establishes that any merchandise that enters for this purpose will do so within the framework of Temporary Import Suspension Regime, in accordance with the terms of article 252 of the Customs Code - Law No. 22.415 and its amendments - and of section b), paragraph 1 of article 31 of Decree No. 1.001 of May 21, 1982 and its amendments, granting an authorization period of SIXTY (60) days.

To register, you must use the "“AFIP codes” authorized for this purpose by the AFIP, as established by General Resolution No. 3.628, in accordance with the guidelines established in article 11 of Law No. 24.633 and its amendment; and the procedure shall be governed by the provisions of Annex II of the regulations.

This resolution is of immediate application and with valid until October 23, 2022.
