The tax collection agency surveyed a total of 51 establishments in Tigre and San Fernando, province of Buenos Aires.
The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) drew up this Thursday (26.01.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX) 81 violations of the Tax Procedure Law in an operation where 51 nautical nurseries in the Tigre and San Fernando area were surveyed.
Violations could result in fines of $300 to $30.000 and closures - in addition to the fine - of the establishments that can last from 3 to 10 days.
Among the irregularities detected were: no issuance of invoices or receipts equivalents for commercial operations; not having authorized fiscal controllers y not having electronic terminals to collect.
The procedure included the number of berths for boats and moorings for cruise ships and sailboats. In addition, the vessels of each establishment were counted.
During the operation, AFIP officials carried out a billing control that included related services such as restaurants, the sale of nautical accessories and fuel.
The rental value of the storage spaces was also requested. All the information collected will be compared with the AFIP databases.
More than 50 officials participated in the procedure.
