Winter tax holiday: this is how the National Tax Court will work

The National Tax Court confirmed the integration of the members of the Chambers during the winter fiscal year, that will cover the day 18 to 31 July, both inclusive.

The agreement of the organization, published on Friday (15.07.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) in its site, provided the following work schedule of the judges in tax and customs matters for that period.

  • Claudio Esteban Luis (from July 18 to July 31 inclusive)
  • Agustina O'Donnell (from July 18 to July 24 inclusive)
  • Pablo Alejandro Porporatto (from July 18 to July 24 inclusive)
  • Viviana Marmillon (from July 25 to July 31 inclusive)
  • Daniel Alejandro Martín (from July 25th to July 31st inclusive)

Trade fair hall with customs jurisdiction

  • Christian Marcelo Gonzalez Palazzo (from July 18 to July 31 inclusive)
  • Cora Marcela Musso (from July 18 to July 24 inclusive)
  • Claudia Beatriz Sarquis (from July 18 to July 24 inclusive)
  • Horace Joaquin Segura (from July 25 to July 31 inclusive)
  • Juan Manuel Soria (from July 25 to 31 inclusive).

In addition, the Court reported that it will only deal with appeals for protection and those matters that cannot be delayed. And it clarified: "the schedule of The reception desk and customer service desk during the judicial holiday period will be open from 12:30 to 14:30 hours.", in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Resolution 34/2019.

The National Tax Court is a jurisdictional body within the jurisdiction of the National Executive Branch and whose objective is to issue judgment on acts issued by the Federal Public Revenue Administration (both the General Tax Directorate and the General Customs Directorate) that do not have the approval of taxpayers, other responsible parties and sanctioned parties.
