Tariff classification resolution for six goods

The National Customs Directorate (DGA) announced the validity of technical guidelines, defined at a regional level, for the tariff classification of six goods, through the General Resolution 5188/2022.

The regulations, published last Friday (29.04.2022/618/1997) in the Official Gazette, indicated that such technical guidelines were issued within the framework of the powers conferred to the DGA by Decree No. 204/2017 and Provision No. XNUMX/XNUMX.

He also pointed out that for reasons of opportunity, merit and convenience, the consultations on tariff classification of goods detailed in the following annex were decided in a single resolution:

The tariff classification resolution is a technical document that contains the physical, technical, usage and commercial characteristics of a merchandise and is translated into a common customs language.
