Through the Decree 973 / 2018, published this Wednesday (31.10.2018) in the Official Gazette, the Government eliminated tariffs on the import of computer and telecommunications products to zero.

The measurement includes instruments for measuring or controlling electrical quantities and devices for measuring radiation.

The decree is part of the exceptions to the tariff items of the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur that make up the National List of Information Technology and Telecommunications Goods (BIT), the regulation says.
