The Tax Court has defined the composition of courtrooms for the 2025 winter judicial recess.

In order to ensure the justice service during the winter recess Stipulated for the jurisdiction of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, between July 21 and August 3, 2025, the National Tax Court (TFN) ordered - through Agreement 1/2025 - the formation of the chambers that will act during said period.

The Fair Hall with tax competition will work in two stages:

  • From July 21 to 27, it will be composed of members Pablo Alejandro Porporatto, Viviana Marmillón, and Claudio Esteban Luis.
  • From July 28 to August 3, it will be attended by members Daniel Alejandro Martín, Agustina O'Donnell, and Armando Magallón.

With regards to customs competition, the integration will be as follows:

  • From July 21 to 27: Hector Hugo Juarez, Pablo Adrian Garbarino and Claudia Beatriz Sarquis.
  • From July 28 to August 3: Claudia Beatriz Sarquis (who will continue in office), Juan Manuel Soria and Christian Marcelo González Palazzo.

During the fair, the Reception Desk and Customer Service will operate from 12:30 to 14:30 hours, in accordance with the provisions of TFN Resolution No. 34/2019.

It provides information on which members will be available to resolve urgent cases during the judicial recess and the hours open to the public. At the same time, it strengthens institutional transparency by disseminating the Court's operating criteria during the winter recess.
