The National Executive Branch approved a new organizational structure «of the first operational level» of the Tax Court of the Nation, through the Administrative Decision 1325/2022 published today (30.12.2022) in the Official Gazette.
According to the regulations signed by the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, Juan Manzur and the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, the following are part of this measure:Organizational chart» and the «Primary Responsibility and Shares», which form an integral part of the same as Annexes I and II. They include the specific functions and responsibilities of the following areas:
- The Internal Audit Unit
- Legal Affairs Directorate
- General Coordination
- General Secretariat for Customs Affairs
- General Secretariat for Tax Affairs
- General Secretariat for Jurisdictional Affairs
- Lettered Secretaries of the Vocals (1 to 21)
It should be remembered that the National Tax Court is a jurisdictional body within the orbit of the National Executive Branch and whose objective is to issue a ruling regarding acts issued by the Federal Public Revenue Administration (both the General Tax Directorate and the General Customs Directorate), which do not have the approval of taxpayers, other responsible parties and those sanctioned.
