The Ministry of Agriculture established that exporters who adhere to the Export Increase Program and who have Foreign Sales Declarations (DJVE) for the products covered, valid and with expiration of the declared shipping period, plus the automatic extension, during September and October, may request an extraordinary extension of 90 days to do so.
This was determined through the Resolution 5 / 2022, published this Wednesday (07.09.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, which specified that the request for an extension must be justified for logistical or commercial reasons before the Ministry of Agriculture.
In addition, the Export Increase Program was excluded from the registration of new DJVE 30 modality operations, a special regime that grants a validity period of 30 calendar days from the date of approval for the exporter to officially declare the export destination for consumption before the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP).
For its part, the Ministry of Agriculture will monitor grain purchase and sale operations in relation to the registration of DJVEs that are within the Program.
