The regulations of the Ministry of Productive Development, published this Friday (23.07.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, explain that sThe opening of the examination due to expiration of the term of the antidumping measures applied by Resolution No. 21/15 has been determined., regarding the export to the Argentine Republic of “Cylindrical shank twist drill bits, according to DIN 338 NRHSS-M 2 standard, of super-high speed steel, type AISI M 2, M 7 or similar chemical composition, helical drills with normal Morse taper shank, according to IRAM 5076 standard, DIN 345, of super-high speed steel, type AISI M 2, M 7 or similar chemical composition and cylindrical handle drills with carbide insert, according to DIN 8039 standard, known as "for walls, masonry and non-structural cement" originating in the People's Republic of China, merchandise that is classified in the tariff items of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) 8207.50.11 and 8207.50.19.
