Following the death of Dr. Carlos Fayt on November 22, the National Government declared 48 hours of mourning.

Carlos Fayt served as Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, since the return of democracy in Argentina, in 1983, up December of the year 2015 displaying his remarkable skills as a jurist.

Fayt was recognized as a democrat, standing out for its ethical conduct, an example for Argentine citizens.
The law is signed by Mauricio Macri and Marcos Peña.
