The National Executive Power made official the designation of Miguel Nathan Licht as the new president of the National Tax Court.
El Decree 862 / 2021, published this Tuesday (21.12.2021), has the signatures of the President of the Republic, Alberto Fernández; and the head of the Ministry of Economy, Martín Guzmán.
This appointment is in accordance with the provisions of Law 11.683, the text of which establishes that “the President of the Tax Court of the Nation will remain in office for a term of three years and may continue to exercise said position until his new appointment occurs, or that of another of the Members for his performance.”
In view of this, the Ministry of Economy proposed the appointment of Miguel Nathan Licht, who currently served as a member of the Court.
Thus, Miguel Nathan Licht replaces Ruben Alberto Marchevsky in office. It was by the same decree that Marchevsky's resignation was accepted and he was thanked for his valuable services.
