Under the motto: “Towards growth in the face of new realities”

The Annual Congress of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Inter-American Open University, will take place this year in virtual format through the Blackboard Collaborate platform, on September 10 between 9 a.m. and 21 p.m..

This edition, organized jointly by different headquarters of the University, represents the XVII meeting in Buenos Aires and the III at the Rosario Campus, coinciding with the I International edition of this event.

Called under the motto “Entrepreneurs 4.0: Towards growth in the face of new realities”The Congress will focus on the issue of economic and business development from the perspective of entrepreneurial power. Emphasis will also be placed on the creation of new business initiatives as a transformative platform for society as a whole.

"The annual Faculty Congress is an exceptional opportunity for professional development and updating" explains the Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Dr. Fernando Grosso.

The various panels that make up the planned programme will address topics such as new management, digital transformation, appropriate financial strategies for entrepreneurial development, leadership, business internationalisation, and the impact of the global and local economy.

Exhibitors from the USA, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay will participate, together with leading specialists from the local business and academic sectors.

“Professionals, academics and businesspeople have the opportunity to contact in real time with renowned specialists from the country and abroad on critical issues of business management. It is a space for reflection, discussion of ideas and a real opportunity to add value to one's own view of reality,” said Dr. Grosso.
