AFIP closes 78 stores for failure to issue invoices

The procedure ordered by the AFIP took place in pharmacies, retail supermarkets, gastronomic establishments, watch shops, clothing stores, greengrocers and butcher shops in Capital Federal and Greater Buenos Aires.

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) closed a total of 78 stores after verifying the lack of issuance of invoices for sales made.

These include pharmacies, retail supermarkets, food establishments, watch shops, clothing stores, greengrocers and butchers.

The stores are located in the Buenos Aires neighborhoods of Recoleta, Microcentro, San Telmo, Palermo, Parque Avellaneda, Villa Urquiza, Villa Devoto, Núñez, Villa Ortúzar, Liniers and others located in Greater Buenos Aires.

The sanctions will last from two to six days. In the following days, AFIP inspectors will check that the closure notices are not removed.
