Access to port terminals and tax warehouses will be closed during the Leaders' Summit

The “Group of 20 (G20) Leaders Summit” to be held between Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1, 2018, inclusive, is the most important meeting of the aforementioned international forum, in which Heads of State of the countries that make up the G20 participate, as well as official delegations, officials and national and international media.

Due to the security and logistics operation that an event of this magnitude requires, and due to its impact on the flow of work and traffic that takes place daily, it is essential suspend all activities within the jurisdiction of the Port of Buenos Aires.

Thus, together with the intervening forces of the Ministry of National Security, the following was decided:

Port of Buenos Aires

All merchandise entry and exit operations at the Terminals will be interrupted from Thursday, November 29 at 13:2 p.m. until Sunday, December 00 at midnight.

Port Terminals – All types of loading and unloading operations from the ship dock and vice versa must be stopped, starting on Thursday, November 29 at 23.30:2 p.m. until Sunday, December 00 at midnight.

MURCHISON National Warehouse and FEPORT Fiscal Warehouse – They will not be able to operate from Friday, November 24 at midnight until Sunday, December 00 at midnight.

Permit holders of Puerto Nuevo – They will not be able to operate from Thursday, November 29 at 13:2 p.m. until Sunday, December 00 at XNUMX:XNUMX a.m.

New Port and New Port Plants – They will be able to operate normally. North Dock Permit Holders – For the time being, operations will be able to develop normally.

STURLA SA – Due to the circuit it usually operates, there will be restrictions on navigation, so it will not be able to operate from Thursday, November 29 at 15 p.m. until Sunday, December 2 at midnight.

South Port permit holders – Operations can continue as normal. Please note that traffic will be affected throughout the area due to the closures on various roads.

El commitment of the Puerto Nuevo and Nuevo Puerto Plants, of the Terminals, of the Permit Holders and of the ships that are docked in the Port, that on the affected days must UNEXCUSEDLY perform tasks within the port area, must submit a list with the details of the people to be accredited, indicating:

  • Name and Surname
  • National Identity
  • Contact E-Mail
  • Company to which it belongs
  • Role
  • Front color photo (light blue or white background).

The vehicles who must enter or move around the area in question will have to present:

  • Domain
  • Brand
  • Córdoba
  • Color
  • Chassis number
  • Engine number

These procedures may only be carried out until FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9 at the GENERAL DESK OF INPUTS, EXITS AND FILES of the GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF PORTS, STATE SOCIETY, located at Av. Ingeniero Huergo No. 431, Ground Floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Total cut:

  • AU Illia between La Pampa and Av. 9 de Julio. To be determined which will be the last available drop.
  • Av. Rafael Obligado between La Pampa and Castillo.
  • Av. Castillo between Av. Antártida Argentina and the Argentine National Gendarmerie.
  • 13th Street between 12th Street and Rafael Obligado Avenue
  • 12th Street between Rafael Obligado Avenue and Castillo Avenue
  • Father Mujica between Salguero and Ramos Mejia.
  • Sarmiento Avenue between Rafael Obligado Avenue and AU Illia.
  • Salguero between AU Illia and Av. Rafael Obligado.
