The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) made changes to General Resolutions 2.281 and 4.545 and their respective amendments regarding retail sales and the franchise regime plus tax exceptions that apply in the Río Gallegos Free Trade Zone, located in the Province of Santa Cruz (south).
This was arranged through the General Resolution 5273/2022 published this Tuesday (18.10.2022) in the Official Gazette, which is effective immediately.
It should be noted that this is a free zone authorized for the retail sale of automobiles, computer products, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry and construction materials, among others.
