The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries announced today (24.09.2025) the automatic and exceptional extension of 360 days for the validity of the Foreign Sales Affidavits (DJVE) of agricultural products, including wheat, corn, soybeans and other grains and oilseeds, registered before Decree No. 682/25 and whose shipment begins after September 23, 2025.
This is established by the Resolution 184 / 2025, published in the Official Gazette, with the aim of Facilitate exports without affecting domestic supply, ensuring the commercial flow of the country's main agricultural products. Exporters will have 90 days from the publication of the resolution to report a new shipping date within the extended period.
The measure is based on the Decree No. 682/25, which temporarily set export duties at 0% for certain goods until October 31, 2025, or until reaching an amount equivalent to USD 7.000 billion, whichever occurs first. The extension guarantees the continuity of export operations within this framework.

The Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries emphasized that the decision seeks to prevent domestic shortages and provide legal security to exporters, amid high international demand for agricultural products.
The measure has effective immediately.
