The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) has announced today (31.01.2024/XNUMX/XNUMX) that suspended until July 31, 2024, including the initiation of tax enforcement proceedings and the imposition of precautionary measures.
In a statement, the AFIP announced that the General Resolution will be published tomorrow in the Official Gazette and will be in force starting February 1st.
«The standard applies to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises – Section I and II -, small taxpayers, non-profit entities and health sector taxpayers," the note states.
