The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) suspended until March 31, 2021, including the initiation of tax enforcement proceedings and the imposition of precautionary measures.
The extension of benefits exclusively covers micro and small businesses (MSMEs), as well as those taxpayers who carry out critically affected activities.
La General Resolution 4.936/2021 Published this Monday (01.03.2021) in the Official Gazette, it aims to mitigate the economic effects of the pandemic on taxpayers throughout the country.
