AFIP extends the submission of guarantees by customs operators until October 31

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) decided to extend until October 31 the deadline for the accreditation of solvency and the presentation of new guarantees that enable the continuity of the operations of those registered in the "Special Customs Registries", through the General Resolution 5036/2021.

In the regulations, published this Wednesday (28.07.2021) in the Official Gazette, article 1 says: “Extend, until October 31, 2021,the validity of the solvency accredited by importers, exporters and auxiliaries of trade and customs service, expiring on July 31 of the current year.

It is worth mentioning that the accreditation of solvency and the presentation of new guarantees must be submitted once a year by customs operators.
