La Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) launched a new system called “My Alerts” with which employers can consult online information on tax returns and payments of contributions to social security.
The new service will be available on the page AFIP website, entering with the Tax Code. In this way, the tax collection agency highlighted in a statement, employers do not need to go personally to the AFIP offices to, for example, find out about possible inconsistencies.
The AFIP pointed out that the system “My Alerts” provides data on:
Social security declarations submitted with errors (such as with a non-existent CUIL);
- payments of social security contributions pending distribution to the various social security subsystems;
- inconsistencies in the registration of contracts with Workers' Compensation Insurance Companies (ART);
- and historical files referring to queries made in the "My Alerts" service.
The information warns of situations that may require a review by the employer before reaching a formal notice.
Until now, employers had to go to the agency to correct any errors or inconsistencies detected in the data in the tax returns.
The system was created by the General Resolution No. 4160 published in the Official Gazette.
