AFIP employees raided 36 local dedicated to the sale of clothing and footwear; 6 private homes and 1 accounting firm.
$13M in tax irregularities
Inspectors of the tax collection agency seized a large amount of commodity with tax and customs irregularities for approximately $13.000.000. In addition, they found pesos and dollars for the value of $1.000.000 and two vehicles.
20 premises closed
The AFIP closed 20 stores due to the Non-issuance of sales receipts, lack of POS and unregistered employeesThe undeclared sales were recorded in a large number of notebooks that were found in the shops.
The operations were ordered by the Federal Court No. 2 of San Juan, headed by Dr. Leopoldo Rago Gallo, and by the Criminal Court No. 5, headed by Dr. María Florencia Gutiérrez.
