According to a statement from AFIP, Eduardo Mallea is a lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, and Partner in charge of the Customs Law and Foreign Trade Department of the Bruchou & Funes Law Firm in Rioja. In view of this, “Dr. Mallea was called by Dr. Misrahi to join her leadership team, in order to make the AFIP a technical and not a political body, and giving the General Directorate of Customs a professional, modern and experienced approach.".
Dr. Mallea is an expert in the field of customs law, recognized for his career, knowledge and experience, and since 2012 he has been recognized as "one of the leading lawyers in the field," he stressed.
