Argentina: organization that produced fake invoices raided

Following an investigation carried out by the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP), the Court ordered on Tuesday the search of 45 homes linked to an organization dedicated to providing false invoices to more than 3500 taxpayers for a total amount of approximately 4000 billion pesos.

The Operations were carried out this Tuesday (22.11.2017) in Puerto Madero and Greater Buenos Aires, in the homes of the owners of this group that would have been carried out.

Furthermore, Justice seized 32 cars used by the organization, checks, powers to act before the AFIP and valuable supporting documentation.

This illicit association He recruited low-income people and registered them as taxpayers using your data to generate apocryphal billing receipts.

From there, it is offered the service to different taxpayers in the Puerto Madero neighborhood - the main sphere of influence of the organization - charging a percentage of the billing amount, whose payments were simulated by checks that were then exchanged in a financial institution in downtown Buenos Aires, details the AFIP statement.
