Next Monday (21.11.2016) is the deadline to deposit cash in the special accounts that taxpayers opened in banks to be able to access money laundering, in a context in which the queries about the tax amnesty program what will be valid until March 31st.

In this context, the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) reported Taxpayers who opened special accounts in banks are required to generate a cash deposit receipt no later than 30 minutes before the bank branch closes.

“It is worth remembering that the Monday, November 21 is the deadline for depositing cash and the receipt for said deposit can be issued until 14.30:XNUMX p.m.", the Administration stressed.

El deposit must be made in the CBU of the special account informed in the service “Law 27.260 – Voluntary and exceptional declaration of assets in the country and abroad” and must be attach the receipt y proof of the VEP paid and signed by the declarant.

In the previous days, sources in the banking sector hinted that the final figure could be between 6.000 and 8.000 billion dollars after the respective deposits are made.

When he announced the figures for this first stage of the tax laundering, the Minister of Finance, Alfonso Prat Gay, refrained from providing an estimate and reiterated that he would be "more than satisfied" if the amount collected by the Tax Amnesty Plan was around 20.000 billion dollars by the end of the deadline on March 31.
