The General Directorate of Customs (DGA) simplified procedures for exporters of agricultural products by incorporating the possibility of registering more than one item in a single Foreign Sales Affidavit (DJVE).
He did it through the General Resolution 5053/2021 published today (26.08.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, which adapts the DJVE registration guidelines to a process that favors competitiveness and foreign trade.
Regulatory changes streamline procedures for exporting firms without affecting control and oversight mechanisms.
LThe established modifications allow more than one item to be registered in the same DJVE for export destination.
On the other hand, when The exporter who carries out the closing of the DJVE may report it through the Foreign Sales Affidavit Management service.
If this closure is not carried out, and the declared validity period has expired, the Malvina Computer System (SIM) will proceed to do so automatically and will carry out the necessary validations to proceed with the automatic cancellation of the DJVE.
In a regulation issued at the end of April this year, Customs established the automatic settlement of tax obligations corresponding to the export of agricultural products.
The modification implemented now by the agency that depends on AFIP complements that resolution with the simplification of procedures for exporting companies.
This general resolution will enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and its provisions will be applicable in accordance with the implementation schedule of the microsite “Declaración Jurada de Venta al Extranjero (DJVE)” on the website of this Federal Administration (https://www.afip.gob.ar).
