The General Directorate of Customs (DGA) of Argentina announced the resolution of queries on technical guidelines, defined at a regional level, for the tariff classification of certain goods, through the General Resolution 5169/2022.
The regulations, published this Friday (18.03.2022/618/1997) in the Official Gazette, indicated that such technical guidelines for the specific merchandise and respective tariff classifications were issued within the framework of the powers conferred to the DGA by Decree No. 204/2017 and Provision No. XNUMX/XNUMX.
In this regard, the new tariff classification opinions are detailed in the following annex:
It should be noted that tariff classification opinions are technical documents that contain a detailed description of the physical and technical characteristics, as well as the type and nature of a good, providing a common customs language.
