The General Subdirectorate of Customs Operations of the Interior of the General Directorate of Customs approved this Wednesday (06.11.2024) a series of new procedures requested by permit holders of fiscal warehouses located in Alvear (Santa Fe), Puerto Madryn (Chubut), Maipú (Mendoza) and Estación Juárez Celman (Córdoba).
The decisions, published today in the Official Gazette, refer to General type customs warehouses in primary customs zone, which meet the needs of the General Directorate of Customs to exercise customs control efficiently. In detail:
La Resolution 42 / 2024 refers to the application submitted by ZOFRACOR SA and approves the Rehabilitation and adaptation The warehouse is located in Estación Juárez Celman, Córdoba. This warehouse covers a total area of 10.608 m², distributed between covered, semi-covered and uncovered areas. In addition, the storage of IMO goods (low-risk hazardous substances) is authorized, in accordance with the authorization granted by Decree No. 192/24. The warehouse authorization will be valid for 10 years, in accordance with the provisions of General Resolution No. 4.352/2018 and its amendments, and will continue to appear in the Table of Operating Places of the MALVINA Computer System. La Resolution 43 / 2024 approves the enabling the cold room of the company INLAND TRANSPORTES SA (CUIT No. 30-71051564-2), located at Rodríguez Peña 3167, Coquimbito, Maipú, Mendoza. The facility has an area of 586,60 m² and is considered a unit according to the plan and documentation presented in report IF-2023-02812907-AFIP-ODEFDVOPME#SDGOAI. In addition, exceptions are granted regarding the shared use of the package and truck scale, the non-intrusive control equipment and the customs service office, as established by General Resolution No. 4352/2028 and its amendment.Text)
La Resolution 44 / 2024 extend the period of validity of the operational authorization from the fiscal warehouse of the “Port Administration of Puerto Madryn (Chubut)” (CUIT No. 30-67050181-3). This extension responds to the request of the Port Authority for an additional period of two years for the acquisition of a scanner, equipment necessary for non-intrusive control operations. The Puerto Madryn Customs submitted the request, highlighting the progress in the equipment purchase process and the importance of the Fiscal Plaza for foreign trade. The operational validity of the fiscal warehouse will be evaluated periodically, based on the progress in the acquisition of the equipment, within the framework of the LPI tender No. VUCE-564-LPI-B and the maintenance by the permittee of the requirements, operational, documentary and technological conditions established in Annexes I, II, III, IV and V of General Resolution No. 4.352/2028 and its amendment. Por último, la Resolution 48 / 2024 modifies the surface area of the fiscal depositThe private individual of General Motors Argentina SA (CUIT No. 30-66207168-0), located on National Route No. 9, Km 278, town of Alvear, province of Santa Fe, jurisdiction of the Rosario Customs Office. The new total area of the warehouse will be 30.995 m², of which 145 m² correspond to covered area and 30.850 m² to uncovered area. This modification is in accordance with the documentation presented in files IF-2024-02137894-AFIP-OFDFADROSA#SDGOAI and IF-2024-02154402-AFIP-OFDFADROSA#SDGOAI, in accordance with General Resolution No. 4352/2028 and its amendment.
